Please be aware that there are several websites impersonating as the ATC 2023 registration website. They can be very professional looking and may use online advertising to appear at the top of search results.

The only way to access the ATC 2023 registration is via the link on the ATC 2023 website.

Category Types

---

Member Doctoral

Current Doctoral members of ASTS, AST or both societies. This membership category includes MD or equivalent doctoral degrees. 

Member Non-Medical Doctoral

Current Non-Medical Doctoral members of ASTS, AST, or both societies. This membership category includes non-medical doctoral degrees, including PhD, PharmD, DNP.

Member Non-Doctoral

Current Non-Doctoral members of ASTS, AST, or both societies who hold non-doctoral degrees are eligible to register under this category. This category includes the following occupation types:

• Research Assistant
• Nurse
• Physicians Assistant
• Transplant Coordinator
• Transplant Administrator
• Lab Technician
• Pharmacy Technician
• Other Allied Health or Pharmacy Occupations

Member Trainee

You must be a current trainee member of either ASTS or AST to register as a trainee member. 

Non-Member

If you have no membership affiliation to ASTS or AST, you should register as a non-member.

Medical Student 

If you are not a member of ASTS or AST, but you are a medical student studying under a program director, you should register as a Student. To register under this category, you must provide proof of your status as a medical student. A signed letter from your program director must be sent no later than May 19, 2023. When you complete your registration, you will need to upload your letter to the ATC Registration Resource Center. Your registration will not be complete until this letter is received and uploaded online. If you fail to provide the letter by this date, you will not be provided access to the platform. No exceptions will be made.  

The Medical Student registration category is not intended for poster or oral abstract presenters.
